Your job

• You support our recruiting team in the active search for the right freelancers for our open vacancies.
• You keep close contact with our candidates and continuously expand our network.
• You create job profiles and post our vacancies on job portals.
• By supporting our recruitment team in candidate briefings etc. you will gain insight on the job and have the opportunity to start your own career as a recruiter.
• You will support the recruiters and management with smaller projects.

What you bring along

• Availability for 20 hours per week
• Enjoy communicating with people
• First experience in a communicative job
• Desire to grow with a start-up
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Reliability, strong communication skills and a structured way of working
• Very good German and English skills
