Your job

  • You will be responsible for acquiring new key clients as well as managing and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • You will analyze the needs and requirements of your clients and deliver suitable freelancers to help them achieve their goals.
  • You will build long-term relationships with key contacts on the client side and continuously nurture them.
  • You will work closely with internal teams such as recruiting and project management to ensure that customer needs are met and to identify additional business opportunities.
  • You will be responsible for budget planning and revenue forecasts for your clients and work to achieve and exceed these goals.

 

What you bring along

  • Demonstrable experience in Key Account Management, ideally with contracting within the Life Sciences industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to explain complex concepts in understandable terms.
  • Strong customer orientation and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Results-oriented approach and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
