Your job

• You take care of exciting recruitment projects in close coordination with your account managers within in the team.
• You create job profiles, place job advertisements and actively engage in sourcing tasks.
• You screen CVs and conduct briefings and interviews with relevant candidates.
• You attend our freelancers through the entire recruitment process and are always strive for the best possible match for our clients.
• You expand and maintain our ever-growing pool of experts.

• Communication skills and the ability to listen

• Business fluent in German and English
